Dr. Jessica provides a personalized rehab-chiropractic experience at Zephyr Sport and Spine’s Elsberry and O’Fallon offices. Your initial appointment includes a thorough history, physical exam, and movement assessment to better understand the factors contributing to your pain or limitation.
Dr. Jessica utilizes a variety of manual techniques to treat the patient's pain and address limitations in joint mobility, soft-tissue function, strength, and movement control.
Dr. Jessica is passionate about sports medicine and working with athletes and weekend warriors alike, but she also takes pride in treating all sorts of people including wellness care patients.
